Noor leads Sky Builders Group from the East Victoria Park office. He walks every block, signs every quote, and stays in the loop through construction so nothing falls between trades or gets lost in email.
His approach is straightforward: investigate the site before quoting, put the price and program in writing, and only ask for a payment once a stage is finished. If a decision needs to be made, it goes past him first.
